Cormac Meehan is the principal of the Firm with over 30 years experience in the Property Sector. A former President of the Irish Auctioneer and Valuers Institute (IAVI), Cormac holds Fellowships of the IAVI (1995), the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) (2000), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) (2000) and the newly formed Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland

In addition to property sales and acquisitions for private and corporate clients, Cormac specialises in Valuations involving Landlord and Tenant Issues, Compulsory Purchase Orders and Property Arbitration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is on the Arbitration Panels of RICS and Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Cormac holds an appointment from the Land Values Reference Committee of the High Court as a part-time State Arbitrator.

Cormac is also the Founding Co-Chair of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) and will be happy to assist you with your international property requirements.
