What’s new?

Over the past few weeks we have been showered with forecasts and opinions from all types of experts on what the property market is going to do in Ireland in 2017.

There would seem to be general agreement that prices will increase. The forecasts vary quite significantly among the experts and also opinions are geographically varied.

Naturally there will be greater growth in the major population areas. This is more down to simple supply and demand factors.

Rural markets tend to be more vulnerable to shocks in the market such as currency movements, unemployment and believe it or not, the weather!

Whatever the weather we always try to keep our thoughts and ideas positive at the very least. This helps our market and encourages both buyers and sellers to get into the market.
